What is the istioctl version used in the lab?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to complete this training, but I am unable to complete the ambient mode lab, as the "istioctl x waypoint apply --service-account httpbin" does not exist in the 1.24.2 version of istio, do you think that the training material should be updated or is there a specific version I need to use to run this lab?
