Understanding Linux

I'm totally new here and feel overwhelmed. I do know how to use Linux and bash, but i want to go into development. Where should i start and how do i progress?

If you haven't already, you should work on LFD103. This is a requirement for joining LKMP, so you have to get that checked before you actually start/join the program.

Next, familiarize yourself with the kernel docs. In there, you'll find documentation related to the development process. It's also highly advisable that you practice building custom kernels. Again, this is all per the mentorship requirements.

There's also researching on your own. There are countless guides/tutorials on just about anything you need, but choose your sources carefully.

Last, but not least, don't shy away from asking questions on this forum. This will not only provide you with the answers you need, but also give you the opportunity to connect with your fellow mentees and mentors who are active on the forum. Best of luck!
