- It took me more that 30 mins to make the psi secure browser works, every time I lauched it, I saw an error message indicating that I did not have any camera in my desktop and that a webcam was need it. Finally I made it work after reset my computer several times.
- While I was in the middle of my test a BSOD happen indicating that something was wrong with my system, after several tries I manage to run the psi again, I had to go for the whole checking of my environment process several times, the supervisor were really rude, they don't put attetion to my messages they were only interested in "check my environment" while they were requesting to check over and over again the floor, ceil and walls, the support guy was also sending messages making imposible to answer any question.
- When I finally finished the environment check, the time was elapsed, I had to request support again, the support guy told me that a ticket was created, but it was not.
- This was a really annoying experience, I'm pretty sure this BSOD was caused by the psi software because I had to install a new version, for this test, in the previous test I was using an older version and this not happen.
- I have had faced the problem with the webcam with 2 different devices.
