Confusing re-use of the term "Black Box"

Early on in the course, the term "Black Box" is used to represent an un-auditable AI system whose workings are not transparent, and is presented as a bad thing (as opposed to a "White Box" (a "Clear Box" might be a more illustrative term) where the analysis and decision-making process can be reviewed.

Later on in the course, an "Ethical Black Box" is advocated for, this time referencing an aircraft's "black box" recording system. In this case, this Black Box is advocated for as a good thing.

It is confusing to have the same term used in two contexts with opposite recommendations. Perhaps a better analogy can be used.
