What network plugin did HPE labs create to support multiple IP addresses for PODs?

Reading through the CKD training there is a reference to HPE creating a plugin for multiple IPs for PODs. This is in LFD259 on the Kubernetes Architecture PODs slide.

There is only one IP address per Pod with most network plugins. HPE Labs created a plugin which allows more than one IP per pod. As a result, if there is more than one container, they must share the IP. To communicate with each other, they can use IPC, the loopback interface, or a shared filesystem.

anyone know what this is? I thought maybe it was MULTUS but I don't see a reference to HPE and this project.
