CKS Exam Technical Issues Take1, Take2

Hii Team,

My name is Ali Irshad and I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent examination of CKS exam that held on Dec 23, 2024, at 11:00 AM UTC.

On Take1: I faced lot of issues on PSI browser, took lot of time to setup the browser and at the end it got failed (same laptop I have written CKA Exam and went well) but for CKS I had to write exam in another laptop and due to this new environment, Lot of time got wasted and could not able to attempt all questions and failed this test.

Yesterday:

On the day of the CKS exam, I encountered multiple difficulties that hindered my ability to complete the assessment successfully. I would like to outline the issues I faced during the examination:

Terminal getting struck: While I was attempting the questions, terminal was unresponsive then I had to close it and open it again, this costed my time and failed to complete the assessment.

Browser Issues: The browser was struck and not very user-friendly for finding templates. It also didn't fit properly on the right side, making it difficult to view the full window.

I spent lot of time to learn the course and then attempt the exam, but due to these issues my exam has been affected.

Regrettably, despite my attempts to resolve these issues through communication with the proctor, the problems persisted. Consequently, I experienced further frustration, and eventually, the exam session was prematurely closed.

Team, my Humble request to kindly help me with the issues I faced. Requesting you Kindly to provide my retake exam again.
