CKS EXAM - PSI Crashed (AGAIN)

I need to share my experience with PSI’s exam system because it’s been incredibly frustrating. During my last exam, their program crashed three times. I recorded a video as proof. Each time it happened, I had to reinstall the PSI browser, go through all the security checks again, and rescan my entire room—all while the exam timer continued running.

The proctors didn’t provide any meaningful assistance. They insisted it was an issue with my camera, but my camera is brand new, has been working flawlessly for months, and I have clear evidence that the issue was with their program—I recorded the last crash.

The first time this happened, they gave me another attempt. But this isn’t about attempts anymore. I know I’m more than capable of passing the exam on the first try, but I’m not being given the chance. Meanwhile, time keeps passing, and the certification I need for my job is delayed.

This is the second time I’ve faced these problems with PSI, and it’s extremely discouraging. These exams require a significant investment of time, effort, and money, and the consequences of not completing them fairly directly affect my career. It’s disappointing that such a critical system isn’t more reliable.
