    @kongtingng ,

    I am sorry to hear about the issues you had while taking the CKA exam. Customer Support will respond to your ticket, but it can take several business days as they address the tickets in the order that they are submitted. You should hear from someone soon and hopefully they can help you resolve the secure browser issue.

    Same terrible experience with my CKS exames today (retake) and 2 days ago (1st-take). Both times the brower got frozen several times, I barely had one hour to work on the exam. I had CKA and CKAD exams a few months ago, both of them ran smoothly without any issue.

    I've also encountered serious problems on PSI browser during my CKS exam. I had CKA exam a few months ago and I did not see any real issue. Today I was not able to use copy & paste, scrolling browser and even typing on terminal was cumbersome. What changed, I don't understand. For anyone maybe it will be useful, I am sharing my environment:

    up to 100 Mbps download & 20 Mbps upload VDSL Internet speed. Connected via WiFi.

    I performed download & upload speed tests from where I sit for the exam and I see approx. 90 Mbps download & 18 Mbps consistently. Therefore that should not be problem.

    I was using MacBook Air M2 with 16 GB with Mac OS 15.3.2

    and PSI Secure Browser version says v5.0.0 PSI.

    LF Guys, can you please provide a solution because it really impedes the experience and motivation. I am most likely failed today (todays' very very sluggish environment definitely contributed), and I will very likely use my 2nd attempt within A week. If there is a problem with Mac OS, I will use some Linux/Ubuntu machine ? or downgrade Mac OS from 15.x.x. to 14.x.x ?

    I faced the same problem today while taking my CKAD exam. A popup window appearing during the exam displaying that lost web camera connectivity and subsequently psi browser crash afterwards. I tried 3 times going through the tedious procedure of scanning my room, desk, ears, phone, hand wrists but while doing that and getting into the exam I realized that the timer would count on. Finally I got instructed be the online proctor instructor to call global support that I did while the exam time was running. It was impossible to take exams under these circumstances. After 8 hours I have not yet got any reply back if I could retake the exam and what could be the possible issue.While doing tests before the exam I didn't face any issue and I am pretty sure I did not have any network issues by checking my router logs. By they way I have a fiber optic connection 500Mbit/s.

    To say the truth now I am more worried about the PSI buggy app and not the real exam content.

    @agahemre posted on 30 March that he had problems with PSI browser during his CKS exam and had CKA exam a few months ago and did not see any real issue. I have the same experience. I took CKA exam on 17 Feb 2025 and had no issues at all (ok, it wasn't superfast but it was working without crashing or reconnecting. On 29 March 2025 I took CKS and it kept reconnecting and eventually crashed. Laptop and internet connection were the same both times. Now, I managed to find the executable that I downloaded on 17 Feb. Bingo! Different version. on 17 Feb I was using Version 4.0.0 and on 29 Mar Verion 5.0.0.

    btw, are all of us who experienced these issues using Windows?
