Lab 4.1 - Unhealthy cluster

Hello,

On step 3 of lab 4.1, I get the information that my cluster is unhealthy.

Note: I run the cluster created on the former lab 3, using 2 ec2 instances.

Kindly see screenshot below:

I am surprised about this output, since when checking the cluster I can see both nodes are up and running:

I can also see it by entering checking the cluster info:

Note:

  • step 1 and 2 of the lab completed succesfully

  • I have created an additional inbound rule for the SG (same SG used for both nodes) to allow TCP traffic from port 2379 from everywhere.

I wonder what may be wrong, perhaps I should add another inbound rule?

Thank you,

Josep Maria

    Problem solved.

I entered the backslashes at the end of the lines of the commands.

But I am surprised it worked with the backslashes, since pdf for lab.4.1(step 3) states there is no need to type out the comments or the backslashes.

    Thank you.
