My CKS exam was scheduled today on 9th Dec 2024 at 12:30 pm ist. However, PSI secure browser crash and not responding state and even I couldn’t launch my exam.

I have attended CKA certification exams before without secure browser but haven’t faced such issues anytime.

The PSI Secure browser seems to have bugs and causes very un-pleasant exam experience.

After preparing for quite a long and paying hefty exam fees no one would wish such exam experience.

I would urge CNCF to look into it and work on improving end user exam experience.

I experienced same issue yesterday with my CKS exam. I was unable to type anything on the terminal because of too much lag on the PSI browser. The proctor asked me to reload the test but still same issues. I ended up hardly attending 8 questions only though I was prepared well. This is really annoying after paying huge exam fees.

  • Same as me. I took the CKA on 2024-12-25. I have done the testing without any issues. But when I try to join the exam, it 1st complain my video quality is low 1-5, give me 0, then complains my system could not be identified. Switched to another computer, PSI secure browser stuck. So funny, just failing due to cannot attend the exam.
