Unable to take the CKA Exam cause id issue and QR code link broken

Unable to take exam because the link from qr code was broken when scanned it say 404 page not found, try using the laptop webcam , the proctor said cant see the detail of my id, I dont know what to do anymore, can my exam rescheduled and reset, it was very bad exprience for me today, ticket already created TCCS-122377
