[Content edited by admins] while taking etcd backup in CKA exam

In my first Attempt for CKA exam, I faced issue while taking [content edited by admins], I practiced many times and worked fine all the time, but in my CKA exam I faced issue of [content edited by admins] but it didn't allow, can you please let me know the solution for this? is it a environment issue? because I got 64% and passing marks is 66%, I don't want to face this issue agin in my next attempt
