CKA Exam no results yet (80+ hours already)

I gave my CKA certification exam on 26th of November 2024, but the portal still says that the grading is still in progress. After I gave the exam, I wanted to exit the portal but unfortunately while doing so, I lost my internet connection. I couldn't log back in the exam since the button to start the exam disappeared from the portal. Despite opening my concern on the LF Education Customer Support Portal, it was ignored and closed by the customer representative, saying that only 1 customer ticket will be considered. I am astounded by this behaviour considering both the tickets were mutually exclusive and addressed different issues.

Considering the CKA exam costs a staggering $395, there should be some level of decency to be true to the words of claiming that the exam results will be out within 24 hours and the ability to address customer support with utmost urgency. It's been 4 days since I gave the exam and still there is nothing updated on the exam portal yet.

Requesting to look into the same asap.

    I am experiencing issues with the Linux Foundation support. I was unable to complete my CKA exam due to a disconnection, and I have not yet received the result. I raised a ticket two days ago, but it has not been assigned, and there has been no update. This situation is disappointing, especially given the cost of the exam.
