Issue Scheduling CKA Exam - "Not Eligible for Tests"

I am trying to schedule the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) exam, but I am encountering the following error message:
“You are not eligible for any tests. Please contact your program sponsor.”

Kindly assist in resolving this issue so I can proceed with scheduling my exam.
