I am preparing for it, I started today

Hey there!
I just completed the course LFS148. Is it enough knowledge for OTCA or should I prepare with something else?0 -
LFS148 is not considered a companion course to the OpenTelemetry exam. It's an introductory course, but it does not cover specifically the domains and competencies of the exam (although some may be covered to some degree). We do not currently have a companion course - as such, the official documentation and other online resources should be used to prepare for the exam.

Hello all, starting today, much love.

hi, @fcioanca . If the course does not contain all the necessary information, how then do we understand what and how deeply we need to know in order to successfully pass the certification? I am aware about "Domains & Competencies", but this is obviously not enough.
Could you give us some key words, terms, approaches or something like that, so that once we learn and understand it, we can pass the test?

Hello team, is there a group discount available ? also, any other reference material other than LFS148 ? thx

On the OTCA exam page there are 2 areas (Get a Quote and Certifying more than 10 people? Get a corporate quote) where you may find information for group discounts. We currently do not have an OTCA exam companion course. LFS148 is a good start in your OpenTelemetry journey, along with documentation and real life experience.

Hey folks,
I am starting on this today. I don't see much conversation on this except people starting it. Is there other place/threads for active discussion on this course?

Same here, starting... I've already done the LFS148 but it seems simpler than what is expected in the exam.
I also found this link to study https://ravikirans.com/otca-opentelemetry-certified-associate-study-guide/, that's all I have for the moment.
If anyone have another resource to share, I appreciate, thank you.

Hi @rossijonas
LFS148 is not an exam companion course, but it's a good start for your OpenTelemetry journey.
