Proctor did not allow me to check in exam

My name is Mohamed Elsayed.
I have scheduled my CKA exam on 19th Novmber 2024 at 6 pm Egypt time. I logged on before time within 15 mins earlier and tested my mic and camera on time. But before starting the exam, the proctor told me my registeration ID is not showing the same name but i showed him MY driver govermenet ID in the camera but he kicked me out and did not even discussed. i relogged again and showed him my passport ID to compare name and arabic name but he needed hardcopy which was not with me. So I told him i will drive to the home to show him the passport ID hardcopy and keep session . By that time, the exam had passed 30mins and marked me as absent. Can you please assist me regarding this issue? I can't even reschedule the exam for my second attempt. But I believe I deserve both attempts.

As mentioned in my previous post, response time can take up to several business days, as each ticket is addressed in the order it is received. Rest assured the Support team will assist you once your ticket is assigned.
