BAD_REQUEST --channel does not exist Error

Hello
I have a local network containing 2 peers of Org1 and 1 orderer node (solo) of Org0.
I've used the tutorials to guide me in some steps, found in https://hyperledger-fabric-ca.readthedocs.io/en/latest/operations_guide.html, until I have to create a channel using the peer command trough the org1 CLI.
This commands always returns -- channel does not exist error.

configtx.txt and docker-compose.txt attached.

what can be producing this error? What am I missing?
Any help is very much appreciated.
