I entered my portal to sit CKS exam, but could not take the exam. There’s a message in my Exam Preparation Checklist.

We regret to advise that due to an internal system problem, your Exam will not provision correctly and therefore will NOT be available to launch.
Please contact trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org for further assistance.

The exam time came and went, and nothing happened.

I have issued a support ticket about this problem.

When and How can I reschedule my CKS exam?

Where do I go?

    We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays). Once your ticket is assigned, the Support team will assist you in rescheduling your exam at a later date.
