PSI Browser - Tunnel Error during the CKA Exam

Today I was taking my CKA Exam. It was going well initially, but after one hour the RDP session got reconnected couple of times. Since it got connected back, I thought it was ok. However, it got disconnected permanently after some time. I clicked on the reset desktop button multiple times, but nothing worked. Proctor was having very limited knowledge about the issue. A technical support person arrived but he couldn't do anything fruitful. Later they told me to contact Linux Foundation. Why there is no permanent fix for the PSI browser issues. This is really pathetic. Even after multiple complaints from multiple people, nothing has been done till now, to resolve these kind of issues.

We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support Team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you in rescheduling the exam at a later date.
