Linux Foundation should have better customer care support system

Today I took CKA exam at November 06, 2024 - 10:30AM(Asia/Kolkata). During middle of exam, Question panel disappeared when 45 minutes of time was remaining.

Technical support team was pulled in chat, even they couldn’t resolve the issue. Ticket was raised by PSI. With that ticket I have raised linux Foundation ticket, Hoping they will help to reschedule the exam today or latest by tomorrow morning

But ticket is in **waiting for support ** state for past 6 hours, meanwhile LF exam shows "Grading in progress." for exam I didn't finish.

Linux Foundation should have better and faster customer care support system and also international support over phone for quick resolution of issues.

I know my ticket will be answered, but it will be way to late for me to re-schedule the exam which will injure the my current preparation and other plans.

  • It's been 5 days, still no solution for arrived. Only reason given as of now is "discussion with PSI team", no other information.

    It just feels very irresponsible of Linux foundation.
