Adding full folder contents to a combobox

Hello everyone! I'm back with yet another query. I recently started playing with bash, it's brilliant fun, i love it. Anyway that said here's my question. Is it possible to add a Folders content to a combobox in kdialog?

for example i have a folder called text files, in said folder are 12 .txt files. Is it possible to add each one to a kidalog --combobox?
