Morse code assistive aid development

I just read an article on Morse code and that it could be used by some physically disabled to communicate. Got me thinking that with the existing Morse code packages and some tweaking a developer could put together a package that with the appropriate switches a person could trigger with whatever good movement control they'd have, finger, elbow, knee or toes, they could control a computer and communicate with others too. Anyone interested?
