Hi,

in exercise 29.2 it's stated:
"It is assumed that the ready-for.sh script has been run, the solutions and resource files loaded and extracted to a directory".
The link on ready-for.sh text points to:
Launch ///ready-for.sh

Could you please explain where this script is and what the purpose is? Do I have to run it on the Turnkey OpenLDAP Server?

Thanks,
Urs

    Hi @albiurs,

Please take a look at the course introductory chapter, "Course Support and Other Resources" page > Course Resources section - you will find details on how to download the solutions and resources files for this course.

    Hi Flavia,

    Thank your for your answer.

I already downloaded all the files 11 months ago after starting with the course but never needed any of these resources until now.

I suggest to update the line...
"It is assumed that the ready-for.sh script has been run, the solutions and resource files loaded and extracted to a directory."
...of this exercise. It's neither clear what the purpose is about this shell script at this point, where it comes from nor whether is has to be run on the LDAP server or LDAP client. But now that I know where the script comes from, I guess it's meant to be run on the client machine to verify the requirements for this exercise.

    Regards,
    Urs
