Hi,

Could you please state on the mvps hosts file (Lab 28.1)?
https://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.txt

If I got it right, it's meant to block unwanted Domains. However, this file was updated the last time in 2021. Is this still considered a meaningful way to block to block unwanted domains?

I think it's there for historical reasons, as many years ago it was a way to block content. Nowadays, we'd use a proxy, a firewall, a DNS for specific purposes.
