Worst Experience with PSI

Subject: Issue Faced During Exam – Request for Urgent Resolution

I started my exam, and everything was fine at first. However, after 1 hour, the screen started hanging repeatedly. I informed the proctor about the issue, and he advised me to reload the page. At that time, I still had 50 minutes left to complete the exam. Unfortunately, after reloading, the timer showed that the exam had already finished, and I lost the remaining time.

The proctor witnessed everything that happened and assigned the PSI technical team to assist me, providing me with this ticket number: 4490354. It has been over 24 hours, and I have yet to receive a response from the Linux Foundation regarding my ticket (TCCS-117222).

Please look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
