Exam registration cancelled 2 days before the exam

I had registered for the CKA exam, which was scheduled for today. However, when I attempted to check in 2 hours before theexam just to make sure everything in order, I received a message stating that I am not eligible to take the exam. It seems my registration was cancelled, though I have not received any prior communication explaining why.

I purchased the exam in June 2024, and my eligibility is valid until June 2025, so I am unsure why the cancellation occurred. I have also reviewed my account to check if the registration fees were refunded, but there is no indication of any changes. This situation is quite disappointing, particularly since I have been preparing for the exam and was looking forward to completing it today.

Could you kindly assist in resolving this issue or provide further details regarding the cancellation?
