CKA : Exam cancelled during the session due to internet connection

Dear CKA Support Team,

I scheduled to do my CKA exam today on 01-10-2024 at 09:30. During my CKA exam session, I got some internet slow issue which got me disconnected. Unfortunately, this led to the end of the exam after 3 attempts and 20 minutes before the end and I am currently uneligible to retake it.

I would like to apologize me for the connection disruption during the exam, given that I had to check my internet connection before the exam and I kindly request a regrant to retake it at the earliest possible convenience.

Since now, I didn't receive any email/message from the CKA exam cancellation and I'm waiting for any fast answer to retake my CKA exam.
