Unable to use the CKA Tutorial test due to PSI installation issue.

I was doing the PSI security browser check, and it says the 'proctoring session has expired'.
I have not even attempted the test and it says I cannot do it again. How can the software be so unware of the fact that the candidate has not even attempted the test exam and still it says session has expired. What is the point of all the security checks if in the end PSI does not even work properly ??? Please give my sessions back as I need to take my tutorial tests before my CKA exam.
