Hi, I had cka exam scheduled yesterday at 10 am , I couldnt login as I was bit late due to some work issue, and when I tried to login, I got unauthorized access, I have opened few tickets but no response, I have even paid again since my employer is pushing me to finish the certification, but no response, I was expecting better response from LF than this.
Hopefully some one can help me on this, since my employer wants me to complete the certification ASAP.

Opening multiple tickets will not speed up processing or help in any way. Tickets are assigned and processed in the order they are received. Processing time can take multiple business days (no weekends or holidays) depending on the number of tickets in the queue. Rest assured, our Customer Support team will respond to you when they get to your ticket.
