Unable to launch CKAD exam as PSI is stuck saying "please wait while system is loading"

My CKAD exam is scheduled on 31 August 2024 7 PM - 9 PM (Jakarta). But I can’t access the test because the PSI Secure Browser is stuck saying “please wait while system is loading”. I’ve already done the system compability check and it was all green.

I haven’t connected with the proctor because the app never pass the loading session.

I don’t know what’s wrong so please can you solve this problem? Also, I lost my opportunity to do this test this time so I need to reschedule my exam.

If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you in rescheduling your exam at a later date. Please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays).
