Friend-partner to create.

I am Christopher Anich, a Computer Science Engineer, pursuing a master's in Data Analytics in Ireland and studying this Linux course. I am looking for a friend-partner to create things. I don't have anything in mind. This includes whether to work with data analytics, Linux, Cloud, AI/ML, general projects, documentation, and whatnot. Let's say invent useful stuff to gain a portfolio. Why do I ask here? In reality, there are not too many interested people around me, which, for me, is weird, as I come from a technical university, have lots of friends and have good scores.
