CKA Exam - Opportunity to reschedule the exam

Last Monday I tried to take my exam, but for some reason the Secure Browser don't opened and I didn't have the opportunity to take it.
To inquire about this issue immediately, I have created ticket TCCS-111983 I was answered once, I sent the requested information and since then I've been waiting for a response .
I would like to be given the opportunity to take my exam.
