I am trying to send patch using git send-email but getting this error. Can anyone please help me resolve this issue.

Hi Shibu, the server smtp.gmail.com is trying to authenticate the email sender and failing.
Is there a way to configure the authentication info in git send-email?

If you're using Google Workspace, there's a way to configure email relays to ignore sender authentication.

Also, the user name part of that url (shibukumar.bit@gmail.com) looks suspicious to me.

In my experience, you only have to git send-email again and it'll ask for your password.
NOTED: the password is the "App password" generated by your google account.
