I need to merge two accounts into one, and for that I created a support ticket one month ago. After a month, the ticket hasn't been even assigned. Is this normal?

    Did you resolve it? Im in the same situation.

    Hi @Santiago_Rodriguez ,

    Have you already opened a ticket? If so, the support team will assist you, advising what can be done (there may be situations when a merge is not possible, or you may lose access to content or already earned certifications). Please note that it can take up to several business days for a ticket to be addressed/resolved.
