Multiple same tasks under "My Tasks" Linux kernel Bug Fixing Fall (full-time only) Unpaid 2024

greetings of the day,
I have applied to the LFX Linux kernel Bug Fixing Fall (full-time only) Unpaid 2024, and have received my tasks.
The issue is that the "My Tasks" tab shows multiple same tasks. For example there are two instances of "Build and Boot" task. There are a few more such tasks.
What might be the issues here?

Any help would be appreciated.

Here are the screenshots attached. Also, the tasks used to be ordered in a fashion that maintained a flow, but now they seemed to be randomly ordered and listed.
