How to get expertise in "cyber security" or from where to start for this?

Hi,
could someone explain or help:
I do not want to attend any course anymore. I am already autodidactic. well,ok, I experienced that learning something was a bit lower than you expect in this way. But in spite of this, the doors bring you to the same or even to the better locations.
Anyway, as expressed ,I do not want to attend any university program anymore.

But from where should I start for that?
could someone help me please?

I am aware that these programming languages or protocols are in the field or relevant. (But I do not know how to use these well)
