I can’t find CKA and CKAD exams,

I have purchased CKA and CKAD exams today, paid and the amount got deducted but when I go over the portal couldn't find the purchase in the history, as same as the exams I'm not able to see them.

I did already but still I didn’t get answer, and portal still doesn’t have payment history and I received no email to confirm the payment.
