Welcome to the Linux Foundation Forum!

My CKA exam can not start as met "please wait while the system is loading."

Hello Admin team,:

I scheduled my CKA today July 21, 2024 - 07:00AM Asia/Shanghai, however, I could not launch the exam as the psi browser was stuck "Please wait while the system is loading". I was very much wondering how can it mark as absent if there is an issue with the exam software ? Thanks in advance.

Sure, please do not hesitate to contact me with mail 363532821@qq.com if any needed.

Thanks,
Yanhao

Can someone look at my ticket then? It's been open for more then 2 months now, also about unable to start the exam... (TCCS-108603 or 4135370, ticket was opened by my employer)

    Hi @mwolf24 ,

The LF Customer Support team responded to the ticket on June 19 asking for more details, as the ticket was not opened with the LF ID that attempted the exam. A new ticket should be opened using the same LF ID that was used for the exam - the Support team will work with you directly to reschedule the exam.

    Regards,
    Flavia
