Has anyone else experienced this same problem as me?

I've made four exam schedules in three weeks, and the problems persist. I switched four devices and networks on the advice of PSI support, but nothing worked well. I was able to reschedule thanks to Linux Foundation, but I won't be able to finish the exam without a better solution.
