Unable to take the CKA exam- PSI error server issue

Today was a BAD DAY. I tried to attempt my exam 20mins before the scheduled time (07/13/2024 at 8am). I initially used my window 17” laptop, which i’ve used in the past to take PSI exam. At launch, i kept getting error stating “error, unable to connect to the server”. After numerous attempt for about 30mins; at 8.05am, i succumbed to changing my computer to my 13” macbook (also used to take PSI exam in the past); i encountered thesame error code for about 15mins up until around 8.30am when i was finally able to have an audience with the Proctor (This was 30mins after my scheduled time). At Proctor session, which took another 5-10mins before i was attended to, Proctor indicated that he/she couldn’t see my scanned ID clearly and suggested i held up to the camera; i did as instructed, and in just about 30secs, my session was cancelled/suspended.

I have been studying all weeks for this exam and it is important that i be rescheduled, i cannot afford to loose my session that i never even attended due to technical difficulties. This was not a good experience atall. I shall be awaiting your response.
I really don't know what to do at this point.
Thank you
