unable to launch CKA exam as PSI is stuck saying "please wait while system is loading"

Hello, I scheduled my CKA today 13-07-2024 however, I could not launch the exam as the psi browser was stuck "Please wait while the system is loading". I have already created a support ticket TCCS-110444 , and while I am writing this question it is still stuck and my first attempt is marked as absent. I was very much wondering how can it mark as absent if there is an issue with the exam software ?
Any advice on how I can proceed to request that I be given the opportunity not to miss the first attempt and to reschedule it?

    We apologize for the issue encountered during the exam. Once your ticket is assigned, the LF Customer Support team will assist you in rescheduling your exam. Please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays).

    I am facing the same thing now. I sure hope I can also get it rescheduled. (TCCS-116566)

  • I am also facing same issue, Its stuck from past 25 mins and my exam time is 1:00PM

  • Can you please help either in fixing issue or rescheduling exam?

If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you in rescheduling your exam at a later time. Please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays).

  • I had CKS exams at 9pm and it past 9.30 already but still the PSI secure browser 2.16.1 on Windows 11 OS says: Please wait while system is loading" I also opened the support ticket but no one has responded yet.
    So do they mark me as absent now?
