CKA : Bad impression during exam and the exam got cancelled while taking up
Dear CKA Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent attempt to take the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) exam.
During my exam session, which got disconnected, the instructor noted noise interference. I would like to clarify that the noise was actually from children playing outside, which was beyond my control. Unfortunately, this led to the disconnection of my exam, and I was unable to retake it.
Given that my exam validity is set to expire on June 13, I kindly request a regrant to retake the exam at the earliest possible convenience. I am eager to complete this certification and would greatly appreciate your understanding and support in this matter.
I have raised a request aswell, https://jira.linuxfoundation.org/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/15/TCCS-107704
Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your prompt response.
