Issues faced during CKA exam through PSI

Hello, I had bitter experience twice with PSI browser. I was not even able to see the questions in the left panel, it simply got disappeared !!. Immediately I asked for support, the simple reply from PSI agent was they dont hae access and asked me to wait !!.. I requested them to pause the timer, they never responded !! After 20-25 mins the chat room engineer asked me to check my inbox and to share the "Anydesk" sharing code and the agent simply closed the exam!!! I checked mail but was not able to generate keys as the link was having some bugs. I replied the PSI agents with the update and they asked me to re-launch the exam. I re-launced the exam and went through all initial checks using webcam it agin took 25-30 mins.. as I already lost 1 hrs.... again I was facing same issues as cursor was dancing, while trying to delete a single line it starting wiping out the multiple lines etc. I am really disappointed and worried !! I lost my 400$,, my precious time, I cant explain all the pain that I was going through :(. Hope Linux foundation will be looking in to it immediately. Anyways I raised a ticket with Linux foundation for refund or re-take !!.. Will there be any support I get from Linux foundation? Is there any other exam providers apart from PSI frauds?

    We are very sorry to hear about your experience. The Linux Foundation Customer Support team will assist you in rescheduling the exam at a later time. Please note that it can take several business days (no holidays or weekends) for the Support team to respond.
