not able to give my CKA Exam on 20th May due to issue with the PSI browser

currently it is showing grading in progress for the exam even which i haven't tried.
now i am worried about my 2 attempts , i hope my attempts are not lost .
i have raise 2 tickets already on the linuxfoundation . TCCS-106367 and TCCS-106312

Please note that response time may take several business days (no weekends or holidays), as each ticket is assigned and processed in the order it is received. Rest assured that the Customer Support will work with you to reset your attempt and reschedule your exam. Please do not raise any duplicate tickets, as this will not speed up processing time.
