CKAD Exam Technical issue recurring

Dear Support Team,

I am requesting a reset of my CKAD exam due to recurring technical issues. My device passed all checks prior to the exam starting. During the login process, my camera stopped working, despite it working for my first attempt. I was prompted to save the exam within 30 seconds, but the issue persisted.

This is the second paid attempted of the exam, and I experienced similar issues during my first attempt, which were resolved temporarily.

Please reset my exam so I can attempt it on another device. Here are the support ticket numbers for reference:

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issues encountered during the exam. Please note that your ticket will be handled by the Linux Foundation Customer Support team. It may take several business days for them to assign and resolve your ticket.

    The forum is used exclusively for course content related questions and is not monitored by the LF Customer Support team.

    Dear Support Team,

    I am requesting a reset of my CKAD exam due to recurring technical issues. My device passed all checks prior to the exam starting.
    I could connect using the PSI Browser. But starting a remote desktop on the Kubernetes Cluster was very slow. I was not able to copy-paste or edit yaml files with the vi.
    I got support 3 times during but nobody could help me. Finally the time was gone used for trouble shooting and answering support questions.

    If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support Team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org. Forums are not monitored by the Support team, as they are meant to be exclusively used for course content related questions. Please note that response time may take several business days (no weekends or holidays).
