Name mismatch

Hi, Linux Foundation.
My name is Giovanni Di Fronzo, first name Giovanni, last name Di Fronzo. I'd like to schedule my exam, but in my candidate details, first name is Giovanni Di, last name is Fronzo. What can I do to solve this mismatch? The field text where we can insert our name is just one, "Name", first name and last name are automatically retrieved.
