By mistake when i was checking CKA exam fee i paid fee using my card and i raised support ticket to refund my amount since it happened by mistake linux foundation jira team has closed that ticket again i have raised ticket today but it is still showing as waiting for support. Kindly help me to get my refund since it is not small amount.

The Training team does not handle exam-related inquiries. If you've submitted a ticket to our Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, please allow several business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for a response.
