v18 vs v20

Does installing v18 on AWS and v20 on Mac okay for the rest of the program?
My AWS doesn't support v20 for the moment but will be where my final developments take place.

@ro2stars for the most part yes 18 and 20 should be close enough - you can always test locally on your mac as well - node versions have high compatibility with each other and Node odd version numbers are always experimental lines so 18 -> 20 would be 18 -> 19 for a lot of other software. The content was written with best practices crossed over with node core development knowledge in mind - this also helps to avoid breakage vectors between node versions and reduces update overhead for me.
