Ticket not assigned yet

Hi All,
Last week I had attended CKA exam and during that exam I had faced an issue with the remote desktop portal during the exam. At that time of exam I asked for support but nothing changed. After that I just raised a Ticket with Linux Foundation team. But till now that particular ticket is not assigned by anyone. I don't have an email address or contact details to ask for support.

    Tickets are assigned and handled in the order they are received, and response time may take several business days (no weekends or holidays). Rest assured that once your ticket is assigned, the LF Customer Support team will assist you.

    Please note that timing is counted in business days (no weekends or holidays). It is Tuesday morning US time.

    It can take several business days, which can vary based on the number of tickets in the queue and their nature.
