No Respose from the support team

I had an issue while writing the exam and when I rejoined it says you exam ended. I failed the exam because of this, I raised 2 jira incidents 2 days ago & I still haven't got a response from them.
Does anyone know what is an expected ETA to get a response from the support team?

    We apologize for the issues encountered during the exam. Response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays) - it varies depending on the number of tickets in the queue and their nature. Please do not open additional tickets as that won't speed up the response.
